Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your SASS online purchase, you may return unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of ship date for a full refund in the original form of payment. We like to call it our "LOVE GUARANTEE" Or we would be happy to give you a store credit toward your next purchase. Your choice. All jewelry, sunglasses, socks, hats and sale merchandise is final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned for refund. An original packing slip is required for all returns, and tags must be attached with merchandise in original condition. SASS is not responsible for shipped packages once they leave our store including lost or stolen. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

It may take up to 5 business days once we receive the returned merchandise for you to see the refund on your account. Once the return has been processed we will email you a notification. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to go back into your account.
